At the annual meeting April 19, 2009, the following constitutional changes were proposed unanimously by those in attendance.

Change Number One

The constitution is to be amended to better define the definition of quorum for an annual meeting.

Change Number Two

The constitution is to be amended to change all references to the position of “Elder(s)” to “Deacon(s)” and change all references to “Deacon(s)” to “Trustee(s)”.
